• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process applied to all Users prior to significant financial transactions on the Platform.

ikan4d is operated by an internationally incorporated company ("the Operator") holding an offshore gaming licence from a recognised international regulatory authority. The Operator acts as the Data Controller for all personal data collected through the Platform.

• Account Management: To create, maintain, secure, and close your ikan4d account, including password resets, OTP verification, and account recovery.

• Responsible Gaming: To monitor betting patterns that may indicate problem gambling behaviour, to apply and enforce responsible gaming limits set by Users, and to comply with self-exclusion requests.
• Customer Support: To respond to your enquiries, resolve complaints, and improve the quality of our support services.
• Platform Improvement: To analyse aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the performance, reliability, and features of the ikan4d Platform.
• Marketing Communications: To send you promotional communications about ikan4d offers, bonuses, and seasonal promotions (such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or Indonesian Independence Day specials) — but only where you have consented to receiving such communications or where we have a legitimate interest basis. You may opt out at any time.

Every instance of personal data processing at ikan4d is carried out on one of the following recognised legal bases:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between ikan4d and the User — i.e., to deliver the betting and gaming services you have signed up for, including account operation, deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlement.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and our gaming licence conditions, including KYC identity verification, anti-money-laundering (AML) checks, and regulatory reporting.

ikan4d does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Payment Service Providers: Local Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet operators (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) receive the financial data necessary to process your transactions. These entities are independently regulated financial institutions.
• KYC & Identity Verification Partners: Third-party identity verification providers receive your KYC documents (ID scans, selfies, proof of address) under strict data processing agreements. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than identity verification on beha lf of ikan4d.
• Gaming Software Providers: Game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe receive anonymised session and gameplay data necessary to deliver their games and resolve technical disputes. These providers do not receive your personally identifiable information beyond what is required for game integrity purposes.

Once the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to any individual. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes without restriction.

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These cookies enable session management, authentication, security features, and basic site navigation. They cannot be disabled without impairing site functionality.

Subject to applicable law and our legal retention obligations, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by ikan4d:

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our data protection team as described in Section 14. We will respond to all valid requests within 30 calendar days. In exceptional cases involving complex or high-volume requests, we may extend this period by a further 30 days, with prior notice to you. We do not charge a fee for handling data rights requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or repetitive.

ikan4d is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under 21 years of age. Our registration process includes an age declaration, and our KYC verification procedure is designed to confirm that all active account holders meet the minimum age requirement.

If we discover, at any point during the account lifecycle, that a User is under 21 years of age, we will immediately:

• Suspend the account and void all pending bets.
• Return any real-money deposits to the payment method from which they originated.
• Permanently delete all personal data associated with the account, subject only to our legal obligation to retain evidence of the age violation for compliance purposes.
