Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on ikan4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ikan4d strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming best practices and the expectations of our licensing jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or beneficial owner of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and actively prohibited by statute, and where accessing such platforms constitutes a criminal offence under local law. You are solely responsible for determining your own legal status.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ikan4d or its associated entities.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently excluded account on ikan4d or any platform operated by the same Operator group.

ikan4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including prior to account approval. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension.

Each User may hold exactly one (1) account on ikan4d. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using different personal details, different devices, different payment methods, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, personal email address that you own and control.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number for OTP verification purposes.
• Your date of birth (which must indicate that you are at least 21 years of age).
• Your current residential address within Indonesia or your registered jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ikan4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP where offered.
• Notify our support team immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.

All deposits and withdrawals on ikan4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following local payment methods are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 (method-dependent; higher minimums may apply to certain e-wallets).
• Deposits are credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmed bank receipt, subject to network availability.
• ikan4d does not charge deposit fees. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 (higher limits apply to verified VIP accounts).
• Withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and KYC status of the account.
• First-time withdrawals exceeding Rp 500.000 require completed KYC verification. See Section 3 for KYC requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your KYC documents.
• ikan4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal that triggers a compliance review, regardless of amount.

ikan4d offers a range of promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirement (WR): All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise. The specific WR applicable to each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to WR completion. Sports betting (single bets) typically contributes 100%; mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators) contributes 100%; togel (numbers lottery) contributes 80%; live casino contributes 20%; slots contribute 100% unless the title is excluded. A full list of contribution rates is available in the Promotions section.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• Minimum Odds (Sports): Bets placed to meet WR requirements on sports markets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawal Restriction: You may not withdraw real-money funds while bonus funds remain active in your account. To forfeit a bonus and regain withdrawal access, contact our support team.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time. Applying a new bonus forfeits any existing uncompleted bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ikan4d. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game logic, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any head-to-head betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") in odds or game payouts. Any winnings derived from a palpable error are void.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any other criminal enterprise. ikan4d is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to its licensing authority.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material fact during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or fraud-detection systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward ikan4d staff or other users via any communication channel.

Each game category and betting market on ikan4d is governed by specific rules that supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules take precedence for matters relating solely to that game's mechanics. These Terms take precedence for all account, financial, and conduct matters.

• Sports Betting: ikan4d offers markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), FIFA World Cup, and other major competitions. All bets are settled in accordance with official match results as reported by the recognised governing body. Bets on abandoned or postponed fixtures are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Sportsbook section.
• Togel (Numbers Lottery): Draw results for Singapore, Hongkong, and Sydney pools are sourced from the official draw authorities. ikan4d accepts no liability for any discrepancy in result reporting caused by the originating authority. All togel bets are final once confirmed.
• Slot Gacor & RNG Games: All slot titles — including those supplied by Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — use certified random number generators (RNG). Published return-to-player (RTP) figures represent the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming and equivalent providers. All game outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, or dice in the live studio environment and are final. Connectivity issues on the User's side do not entitle the User to void or replay any round.
• Sabung Ayam (Live Cockfighting Betting): Sabung ayam markets follow the results as declared by the arena operator in real time. Bets are settled immediately after each bout is declared. Disputed results are reviewed by our integrity team within 24 hours of a formal complaint being lodged.

• You will only wager funds that you can genuinely afford to lose without impacting your financial obligations or personal wellbeing.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming difficult to control.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any self-exclusion or limit that you have voluntarily applied to your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ikan4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly exclude all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
• Service interruptions, delays, or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, natural disasters, or government-mandated shutdowns.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or balance forfeiture due to policy breaches.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ikan4d's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ikan4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify active Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or by our licensing authority.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change. Pending withdrawals will be processed under the Terms that were in force at the time the withdrawal was requested.

The "Last Updated" date and version number at the top of this document will be revised each time these Terms are updated. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ikan4d's international offshore gaming licence is issued.

Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. For complex disputes involving significant amounts, resolution may take up to 28 calendar days.

Formal Arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body in ikan4d's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Indonesian Users: You acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally restricted status in the Republic of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ikan4d complies with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. ikan4d does not represent or warrant that the use of the Platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and you are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if you are uncertain about your obligations under Indonesian law.
